No, Dr. Banks is a fee-for-service provider therefore he does not bill your insurance directly. An itemized receipt can be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider upon request. He accepts cash, Venmo, Discover, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, HSA and FSA.

A typical initial visit may include: detailed case history, physical assessment, neurologic and orthopedic testing, hands on treatment, exercise/stretches, and treatment plan.

Intake paperwork will be sent electronically to be filled out prior to your appointment.

Follow up visits are a continuation of the treatment plan designed and discussed in the initial visit.

The initial visit typically lasts between 45-60 minutes.

The subsequent follow-up visits last between 20-30 minutes

Please bring or wear loose fitting clothing as most treatments require direct skin contact.

If you have had imaging done recently on the area of concern please bring a copy if possible. Otherwise just bring yourself and comfortable clothes.
